Locally owned and operated, Midland Molding, Inc. has been in business for over 18 years. Originally in Grand Island, Nebraska, the business began in 1990 with only two machines.

Throughout the next decade, multiple new machines were added, as well as additional shifts so that Midland Molding, Inc. could provide quality work around the clock, five days a week.

Additionally, a trucking transportation system was created, which led to the opening of a second plant in Kearney, Nebraska.

As a true test to Midland Molding’s commitment to high standards and quality workmanship, Midland Molding, Inc. completed certification to ISO 9001:2000 in 2002.

By 2004, the Kearney plant had doubled in size, which allowed for the Grand Island plant to move to Kearney and merge into one large, sustainable plant.

 

Most recently, 12,000 feet has been added to the facility, which allowed for additions to our secondary operations area and a new materials handling system. We have also continued to update our equipment and have revised our production scheduling procedures to significantly decrease customer lead times, all to provide you with the best products in the least amount of time.
