The Quality Assurance Department’s role is that of objective planning, evaluation, analysis, audit, reporting and assuring corrective action in all areas that affect product quality.

Here we provide systems and procedures for assuring that products are manufactured in accordance with design specifications, while continually improving an effort to reduce defects. Currently, there are programs in place for 1000 active parts and we trace all materials from receipt to the finished product.

The Quality Assurance Department also performs testing and capability studies and PPAP and PSO are completed on all automotive parts per customer request.

 

We’ve also proven our continued quality workmanship by receiving ISO 9001:2000 Certification since fall of 2002.
